    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop www.volniksports.com.
    The contract language is German. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

    By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

  4. Prices and Payment Terms
    All prices include applicable VAT and exclude shipping costs.
    Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, and others.
    Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.

  5. Shipping Terms
    We only deliver within Germany and the EU.
    Delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days.
    Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

  6. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

  7. Retention of Title
    The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

  8. Warranty

    For all other damages, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
    In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damage.

  10. Customer Account & Security
    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not grant third parties access.
    In case of suspected misuse, please contact us immediately.

    All content (texts, images, trademarks) on this website is protected by copyright.
    Use without our express permission is not permitted.

  12. Links & Third-Party Providers
    Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links.

  13. Jurisdiction
    For contracts with business customers as defined in § 14 BGB, the place of jurisdiction is our business location.
    For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction regulations apply.
